Jatin Ondhia: Funding 170 million of other developers deals through his company, having fun in business and self development.
Jatin has over 17 years’ experience within the capital and property markets. Previously working as an investment banker at UBS for 12 years, he was responsible for Portfolio Risk Management and optimising performance of bond portfolios. he is a serial entrepreneur, who once started a fresh juice bar in London just as the UK was flying head-first into the biggest recession in recent memory. Luckily, he left that behind and then started Shojin in 2009, having recognised that there was a huge opportunity to bring a broader market of investors into lucrative property deals which they would not otherwise have access to.
